Elektrosmog a zdravie, a Slovak association for people who attribute long-term symptoms to electromagnetic fields, also called electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) or electromagnetic radiation syndrome (EMR syndrome), filed a comment in the labour ministry's preliminary consultation on severe-disability assessment, process PI/2026/261, which closed on 30 October. Its four proposals concern how an assessment should handle a documented functional limitation with no established cause, what the forms should be able to record, how the assessment itself can be adapted, and what the ministry should count. It does not ask Slovakia to recognise electromagnetic hypersensitivity as a diagnosis.
