Liberty Nation columnist argues wireless radiation harm deserves study after decades of dismissal
Liberty Nation, a US opinion outlet, published a commentary by national correspondent John Klar arguing that the possibility of harm from wireless and electromagnetic radiation has been dismissed for decades and deserves serious study. Klar pegs the piece to the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which under Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr opened a formal public comment request on these exposures on 17 September 2026, with a 21 October deadline. He points to the 2021 federal court ruling that found the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) had failed to justify its radiofrequency exposure limits, and to the World Health Organization's cancer agency, which classifies radiofrequency radiation as possibly carcinogenic.
