Injured State Department officer says the House intelligence committee is sitting on its report on pulsed microwave attacks
Mark Lenzi, an officer in the US State Department's Diplomatic Security Service who is in treatment for a traumatic brain injury he attributes to pulsed microwave attacks, writes in The Hill that the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence has finished a report on those attacks and that its chairman, Rick Crawford, a Republican from Arkansas, will not release it. Dozens of officials testified, Lenzi among them, expecting accountability from the department and the intelligence agencies. Committee leadership says the CIA, the US foreign intelligence service, is slow-rolling declassification, which Lenzi calls deference to those it investigates. His wife and two children are among the hundreds of personnel he says were injured.
