Slovak EMF group: national environment-health plan omits Budapest Declaration point on electromagnetic radiation

Elektrosmog a zdravie reports: The Slovak civic association has published the outcome of its comments on NEHAP VI, Slovakia's draft national action plan for environment and health prepared by the Health Ministry. The group's collective comment argued that the draft fails to transpose the WHO Budapest Declaration's priority on new and emerging issues such as electromagnetic radiation, citing EU-level assessments of 5G and health. In an August 2026 update, the association says the collective comment was not accepted, while a member's ordinary comment was partially accepted on two points. The public comment period ran in September 2025 under legislative process LP/2025/461.
