French NGO Alerte Phonegate has filed a new complaint with CADA (Commission d'Accès aux Documents Administratifs) after France's telecom regulator ANFR refused to release data related to alleged software fraud affecting SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) measurements in iPhones. The case centers on whether ANFR concealed test data showing phones exceeded legal radiation limits.
