Environmental Health Sciences reports: The video recording, slides and resource links from the September 30 webinar with toxicologist Ronald Melnick are now out. We covered the webinar when it was announced, in Webinar September 30: Former NTP toxicologist Ronald Melnick on wireless exposure limits, cancer and reproductive risks. Melnick, who led the design of the National Toxicology Program's cell phone radiation studies, goes through the NTP and Ramazzini animal cancer findings, the 2011 IARC classification, the WHO-commissioned systematic reviews, and the analysis he co-authored with Joel Moskowitz concluding that FCC, IEEE and ICNIRP limits are at least 200 times too high to protect against cancer risk and 24 times too high against reproductive harm.

"Dr. Melnick reviews the scientific evidence on RF radiation, cancer, and reproductive harm and examines the science documenting how the current exposure limits established by the FCC, ICNIRP, and IEEE are inadequate to protect public health."

"The assessment applied U.S. EPA cancer risk assessment methods to the study findings and concluded that current FCC, IEEE and ICNIRP exposure limits are at least 200 times too high to protect against cancer risk and 24 times too high to protect against reproductive harm."
