🗣️ Oleg Grigoriev Commentary

Oleg Grigoriev holds a Dr.Sc. in radiobiology and chairs the Russian National Committee on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (RUSCNIRP), Russia's official scientific body on non-ionizing radiation.

EMF Signal carries his own statements rather than coverage of him: an interview given to Radio Zvezda, which is owned and operated by Russia's Ministry of Defence, and posts published on his LinkedIn account. He is one of the few routes through which the Russian position on exposure reaches readers outside the country, which is why his commentary is collected here even where the outlet carrying it is a state broadcaster.
