The Indonesian type-approval consultancy Dimulti reports that Thailand's National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) has published draft radiation exposure safety standards for radiocommunication equipment, with a public hearing open from 15 July to 14 September 2026. The draft aligns the national limits with the ICNIRP 2020 guidelines, widens the covered frequency range from 9 kHz down to 8.3 kHz, and adds limits for exposure from multiple simultaneous sources.
